Your reflections on this piece are profoundly touching. How you intertwine literary musings with gentle observations of everyday life creates a thoughtful human narrative.

Really enjoyed these snippets wrapped into a whole. Lovely observations.

I’d love to get involved with the ‘coffee’ storytelling. I’ll possibly start the Border Trilogy too.

I am still looking for someone to guest post on the coffee topic. If you happen to know anyone who might like to write stories and enjoys good coffee and good books and maybe lives on a farm in France. Just saying.

“I am listening to Cutting for Stone by Abraham Verghese. His book The Covenant of Water was my book of the year for 2023. This one is also quite excellent. I find there are some books I really enjoy listening to, particularly when the narrator is exceptional.”

I’ll have to check it out—so enjoyed Covenant of Water.
